What is the Student Direct Stream (SDS) for Canada?
SDS is a faster processing stream available to students from certain countries. Eligible applicants need an IELTS score of 6.0+ in all bands, a GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate), first year tuition paid, and a medical exam. Processing can be as fast as 20 days.
How much does a Canada Study Permit cost?
The IRCC Study Permit application fee is CAD $150 plus CAD $85 for biometrics. If applying through SDS, you also need a GIC of CAD $20,635. Our service fees cover the full application process.
